Dehydration vs. Freeze Dried

- dehydration (supposedly) preserves more nutritional benefits (need citations)

- Freeze drying IS less energy efficient, and requires much more electricity à dehydration is superior for the environment.

- Dehydration is a process dating back several hundred years, freeze drying is a modern form of food preservation

- neither is really superior to the other, both are good ways of preserving foods. (maybe, or will scrap that)
